Absentee Bids

Tulloch's Auctions offers this service as a convenience to their clients who are unable to attend the sale, and will not be held responsible for error or failure to execute bids.

15% Buyers Premium applies to hammer price.

Please make sure you register your absentee bids the day prior to the auction.

If you have not registered for a buying number this year, you will be allocated one once the bid is received.

All buying numbers allocated are current for a calendar year (ie. till 31st December).

IMPORTANT - Confirmation of Absentee Bids

Please ensure you fill all fields required. You will receive a copy of your bids via email for your records. An acknowledgement will be forwarded to you upon receipt of your bids by email from our office. This is generally within 24 hours except on weekends and public holidays. If you do not receive acknowledgement within 2 business days, please call our office on (03) 6331 5200 during business hours.
